Privacy policy

This policy covers ultravioletlab.com, run by Ultraviolet Lab LLC (“we”), a web design and marketing studio based in St. Petersburg, Florida.

What we collect

When you browse

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and measure how fast pages load. They don’t use cookies and don’t identify you; they record things like the page, the referring site, your country, device type, and load-time measurements. Our host, Vercel, also keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and troubleshooting. We also count a few actions (tapping the phone number, opening the form, sending it) without identifying who took them.

When you send the contact form

We receive what you type: your name, email, and message, plus your phone number and business name if you add them. The form is delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email service. We use it to reply to you and to talk about your project, nothing else.

When you call or email

We keep the messages and call details you send us, as any business would, to reply and do the work.

What we don’t do

• No advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
• No selling, renting, or trading your information.
• No adding you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

Who else processes it

Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (contact form email), and our email provider. Each handles data only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

Project conversations are kept as long as they’re useful for the work and our records. Ask us to delete your messages and we will, unless we need to keep something for legal or accounting reasons.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn’t directed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
